Questions salon owners ask

Where does the money from online payments go?

Straight to your own Stripe account and from there to your bank. ZalonFlow never holds your money.

Do I need a card reader?

No. You can take cash, iDEAL by QR code and online payments without one. If you want card payments at the desk, you can connect a Stripe card reader on any plan.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. Put a "Book now" button on your own site that links to your ZalonFlow booking page. No website yet? We can build one for an extra fee.

Where is my data kept?

On servers in the EU. You sign a data processing agreement with us, and you can export your customers and sales at any time.

What happens after the trial?

You choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, the trial simply ends. No minimum term: cancel at the end of any month.
